5 Ways to Use ChatGPT That 99% of Business Owners Aren’t Doing Yet

Everyone’s talking about AI tools like they’re magic. Most are just using it like Google with better grammar. Not me.

I’m using ChatGPT to run my team, create content, reverse engineer strategy, and scale operations faster than ever.

Here are 5 ways I use ChatGPT like a boss, and how you can too.

1. Train It to Lead Your Team Like a Pro

Have you ever tried to get your assistant to write a killer SOP? Takes forever.

So I trained ChatGPT to do it.

    • Onboarding docs? Done
    • Internal guides? In my brand voice
    • SOPs that sound like I wrote them? On autopilot.

Then I have my real assistant copy/paste it into our systems. It’s faster, cleaner, and more scalable than a lot of VAs I've ever hired.

2. Turn One Blog Into 15+ Pieces of Content

I call it my AI Content Machine.

Here’s how it works:

    • I write or record a blog (1,000–1,500 words)
    • Feed it into my custom GPT
    • It spits out 3–5 posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
    • Soon, YouTube and TikTok versions too

With CTAs. With hashtags. With style. One blog = 15+ assets = next-level visibility.

3. Use It to Build Sales Pages That Actually Sell

Most business owners stare at a blank Google Doc praying for inspiration. Me? I feed ChatGPT the product, the pain points, and the transformation and it gives me a draft that’s 80% of the way there.

Then I punch it up with my voice, add testimonials, and tweak the CTAs. Done.

Want a webinar registration page? A high-ticket offer? A new lead magnet? Just plug and play.

It’s like having a first-draft sales copywriter on hand. But it never sleeps, never flakes, and never charges extra for revisions.

4. Reverse Engineer Funnels Like a Marketing Beast

Don’t just read sales pages. Tear them apart.

I feed high-converting funnels, landing pages, and ads into my GPT and ask it to break them down, rebuild them, and optimize my own stuff.

It gives me hooks, CTAs, positioning, structure.

It’s like having a million-dollar strategist on speed dial minus the invoice.

5. Run Meetings Like a CEO (Without the Extra Staff)

Meetings are non-stop. So here’s what I do:

    • Drop my meeting notes into ChatGPT.
    • It writes up summaries, recaps, agendas, even presentation decks.
    • I review, edit, and send.

What used to take me hours? Now it takes 15 minutes. Max.

It’s leverage. And it’s how I stay five steps ahead of the competition.
